My greatest teacher has always been Mother Nature… As a devoted student, I feel that the divine intelligence encoded within natures creation, still holds true and pure…
This is a series of booklets I’ve created, inspired by the timeless wisdom of the elements.
Guided by an expressive process of journaling, these creative journal notebooks, designed for each element, invite you to document your personal observations and contemplations. They encourage you to explore your own insights and inspirations through the wisdom and reflection of nature’s elements… and in doing so, you come to know yourself a little better…
By understanding the influences of each element more deeply, you can apply their principles into your everyday life, as a resource for personal growth and self-development. Each of the four elements exists within all of us, playing an integral role in our life force energy.
Just as Earth represents our vitality, grounding and foundation, Water symbolises our emotions and our ability to flow with life. Fire represents our willpower and inner strength… the force that sparks transformation through action. The element of air, governs our mental intellect, inspiring movement and symbolic of change.
