MEET SHADOW & KUBA!!! (WESTERN CAPE)

Shadow is a 5 year old female Labrador Collie mix and Kuba is a 3 year old male Dachshund Labrador mix.

They are VERY bonded and we would LOVE for them to be adopted together, but we know this is not always possible. We will consider splitting them if the PERFECT families come along.

Shadow is very friendly, affectionate and a doting doglet. She loves going for walks on the beach, will happily jump in the waves, and loves to cool down in summer by taking a dip in the pool. She enjoys running after balls in the park. She will follow you around like your own shadow. She is great will all types of doggies. She is good with kids roughly 8 years and older. No aggression whatsoever, just very busy 🙂 She will chase the kitties at home but has never harmed them. She loves having the one cat clean her so she gets along great with them when she isn’t chasing them. She loves leftover food but like a child, doesn’t eat the vegetables.

Kuba is a a gentle soul that would drink wine and eat cheese if he were human. A sun worshipper that loves attention and thinks he is the man of the house. He is protective and brave, but I’m sure would run for cover if he actually had to face a baddie… just the cutest little boy that loves a cuddle. Kuba is like a little kid. Wants to be held and cuddled when it’s relaxing time. He actually gives the best hugs when he holds on your arm, and nuzzles into your neck. He loves to jump and say hello, and he has the happiest face when he sees you. He loves to go for a walk but he isn’t the fittest, his short legs don’t run well. He loves to go for a drive to the beach with his head out the window. He isn’t a fan of swimming in the pool, but he loves to frolic in the waves at the beach. He seems to not like other males. He is great with females though. Other than that he seems to love humans and loves running to other people to greet them. He tends to chase after the cats, but he doesn’t hurt them.
