Hello 👋 I'd like to introduce myself. I'm Dr Bianca Rädel 👩🏼‍⚕️ and the guy behind me is Shelly the Skelly ☠️

Shelly and I have a long road behind us. We completed our 6 year degree in Chiropractic (MHSc Chiropractic) in 2023 at the University of Johannesburg 🤓

We also completed a thesis titled "Lumbar Transverse Process length as a landmark for Lumbar spine enumeration in the setting of Lumbosacral Transitional Vertebrae", with distinction 📚

I believe Chiropractic ensures the overall health and optimal functioning of our entire body. My goal is to achieve an ideal state of wellness, painlessness and freedom of movement for my patients 🙏

I enjoy spending time in nature, reading, baking, cooking and making memories with family and friends ❤️
