Sip & Shine: A Coffee & Wellness Experience

Advait Sanctuary invites you to a rejuvenating morning of self-care and empowerment at Intaka Island, Century City. This Coffee & Wellness Event blends holistic tools, mindfulness practices, and expert-led workshops designed to enhance mental resilience and well-being. Attendees can participate in guided wellness practices, gain practical tools for mindfulness and coping, and enjoy a supportive space to prioritise mental well-being.

The event takes place on Friday, 4 April 2025, from 09:00 to 11:00. The dress code is Easter Flair – Floral. Entry is free, and donations are welcome, with all proceeds supporting Children of Light Educare.
