3 tips for your first Pilates class 🤍

• Arrive early
Give yourself time to settle in, meet your instructor, and mention any injuries or concerns.

• Focus on your breath
Breath is a tool, not a rule. If it feels confusing, just keep breathing and focus on form and control.
