Sometimes I wonder, have you had recent thoughts of improving your health, mobility etc.
For me my trigger was waking up one morning with a locked hip - I couldn't move. That experience led to a discussion with my GP and she recommended a new lifestyle, one that has brought me to wanting to share my experience with you.
So tell me, what stops you from starting yoga?”
Be honest.
Is it:
A) I feel too stiff
B) I feel judged
C) I don’t know where to start
D) I keep saying ‘Monday’”
