Always be kind! Change starts with you.
He looked like just another quiet kid walking home from school—arms full of books, glasses sliding down his nose.
It was a Friday. Everyone else had plans: parties, games, sleepovers.
But he walked alone.
I almost ignored him—almost. But when a group of kids ran past, knocking his books to the ground and laughing as he fell, something in me shifted.
I helped him up. Handed him his glasses. Said something simple like, “Those guys are jerks.”
He smiled. Not a polite smile—a grateful one. The kind that sticks with you.
We talked. Turned out he lived near me. Turned out he was funny, smart, and really liked football. We hung out that weekend. Then the next. Then the next. We became best friends.
Years passed. We graduated.
And on that graduation day, he stood up in front of our class as valedictorian. Confident. Loved. A success.
Then he told a story I’ll never forget.
He said: “A few years ago, I planned to take my own life. That Friday, I was carrying everything home so my mom wouldn’t have to clean out my locker. I didn’t think anyone cared. But someone did. He picked up my books… and unknowingly saved my life.”
The crowd went still. I couldn’t move.
I never knew.
Sometimes, the smallest things we do are the biggest things in someone else’s world.
So be kind. Be present. You never know who needs saving.

I studied in Cambridge England and have been making spectacles for 17 years!! I have a real passion for glasses and helping people, making them look beautiful and being able to see! I love working with people and pride myself in always walking the extra mile!!!
I have one real problem is I love glasses, the colours the shapes, the patterns. I cannot stop buying them! So i have 2000+ models to choose from and 350+ Sunglasses. From Diving glasses, Swimming goggles with a script, clip on glasses, Magnetic glasses that click in the middle, like you see on CSI. I love having options for those people who need it or struggle. People are always surprised at where I fit them all in. I share the practise with 2 other doctors each doing their own thing and it works great for us! Keeping costs down so I can offer more, for less!
I just love Spectacular models! Colourful to Elegant. Plain or with detail. Each one in my range is hand chosen, I import some stock directly from Denmark and Italy, skipping the middle man, so your price is at its best! Some of the designers and I became friends over the years and the after sales service and Quality are the best in the business! So don’t let the price fool you, my products is in no way “less cheap/low quality” I do what I can to keep the cost down by bulk buying and skipping the middleman to give the same quality at a lower cost. But we don’t compromise when it comes to quality and our good name!!
For all medical aids there is something, I supply the same great quality for everyone, I made some arrangements for my customers on lower plans. We have guarantees/warranties to protect you! And we are always happy to help! To us, the patients satisfaction with their glasses is the most important! Happy clients come back :-)
If you want to try Multifocals we have 30-90 days, where we will replace it to 2 pairs or Bifocals at no cost, so there is no risk in trying to see if they will work. Frames have a 1 year Manufacturing warranty. Coatings have a 12 month warranty, or replaced immediately with new lenses if they are faulty.
Each pair goes with a cleaner and cloth, and the cleaner refills are free, so we know you always have the right stuff!
