I had the opportunity last weekend to talk to some mommies-to-be 🤰🏻 and newborn 👶🏽 moms.

We discussed pelvic alignment, correct postures, benefits of baby-carrying and had some wonderful open discussions and tried to answer all the questions as best we could 🤨

Meet Bianca Earle:

💤 Sleep Consultant for babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers.

My biggest passion is to improve sleep for both parents and babies/children. When they sleep well, they thrive and we are the best versions of ourselves as parents too.

I strongly believe that sleep is like a puzzle, all the factors influencing sleep needs to be looked at, to improve and give you the bigger/best picture.

I believe in tailor sleep solutions that respect each family’s parenting style. It is a long term investment and not a one-size-fits-it-all approach. Every single family is an individual package and I love to support them though the process of improving sleep.

🌼 When I am not focusing on my work, I either run 🏃🏻‍♀️ , spend time with my family ☺️ or love a cup of coffee ☕️

Meet Celest Muller:

I’m a physiotherapist with a heartfelt passion for babies and their development. I love helping little ones grow strong and confident as they move through each milestone — because every stage truly matters. 👩‍🍼👶🏽👧🏻

My goal is to guide parents in understanding how movement, play, and connection lay the foundation for a baby’s future learning and well-being. 🧑🏻‍🎓

I’ve also been part of the BabyGym Institute for almost 15 years, and it’s such a joy to see how small changes can make a big difference in a baby’s development.

When I’m not at The Baby Hub, you’ll find me outdoors 🌳, cycling 🚴🏻‍♀️, reading 📖, or enjoying time with my husband and children. 👫🏼
