Always a joy to be on standby to assist at Betty's Bay parkrun 🏃‍♀️ 🏃🏼‍♂️ 🏃🏻 Sometimes we even get to do a bit of running if we need to respond to an urgent injury on the route 🤣🤣

Our team had so much fun taking part in the Lighthouse 2 Lighthouse Ladies fundraiser Swim-A-Thon in aid of Huis Lettie Theron.

Thank you for the initiative and see you all again next year for many many more laps!!

On Monday 17 June at approximately 17:30, a large motor vehicle accident took place on Clarence Drive involving 3 vehicles and 18 patients. It was the largest incident of this kind that our team has attended to. Massive thanks to our BEST first responders, Betty’s Bay and Pringle Bay volunteer fire fighters, Pringle Bay Medics, CMC Ambulance Services, Metro and ER24 and doctors on scene. We wish all the injured a speedy recovery. We urge everyone to please drive extremely cautiously on Clarence Drive.
