House Cleansing/Clearing

A house or office clearing ritual is a fantastic way to remove any negative or stuck energies that might be present in your home or office space. This is especially useful when you are moving into a new house/office, where there has been a lot of negative energy present, if you sense an unwelcome energy and/or being, and any time the energy feels heavy, dark, lethargic, or grungy.

You will really notice a difference in the feel of the house and the smoothness of your life as well.

Negative energies have a habit of collecting in our living spaces and this affects our lives.

I use a combination of reiki, incense, angels sprays, sound, smudge sticks, meditation, affirmations and crystals to energetically clear your space.

A standard 3 bedroom house is R1000, and includes all materials and petrol (if you live within a 10 km radius of Randburg.). The clearing normally takes between an hour and 1.5 hours. If you would like to clear a larger space and live further away, please contact me for a quote.

Colour Therapy: The Magic of Colour

Every person has a connection to colour, and is affected by colour. It is tied to our entire existence. Our response to various colours change, as we are attracted to some and reject others.

Healing is only achieved when the root cause of a condition or illness is acknowledged, accepted and transformed. In most cases, emotional pain or trauma of any form that is ignored, will eventually manifest as a physical ailment in the body. This is your bodies way of telling you to slow down and take note of what is going on in your life. If the root cause is not acknowledged, accepted and transformed, the physical ailment will continue to manifest in ones body in one for or another, over and over again.

What happens in a Colour Therapy session:

You choose 9 bottles of the colours you are most attracted to.

Each bottle relates to a different part of your life; during the reading, a counselling session is given that will explain each bottle and assist you to truly understand yourself and your journey through life. I will also assist you with the support and tools to shift where necessary.

Types of readings:
9 bottle reading, 60 min, R400
3 bottle reading, 30 min, R200
1 bottle reading, which can be added to a reiki session, R100

The New Moon is the perfect time to start a new habit, or project. This is the perfect time to launch a business.

The New Moon is like a blank slate, and as it progresses to the Full Moon, you can work on areas of your life that need more abundance – health, finances, relationships, creativity.

Keywords: Fresh starts, taking time for yourself, soul-searching, manifesting, setting goals and intentions, reboot.

Ritual: Light a candle, open a journal, and get really specific about what you want to manifest in your life over the next 30 days.

🌗︎ – Last Quarter (or Third Quarter)
The Last Quarter Moon is a time to make space to receive.

It is also an opportunity to reflect on balance (or what is imbalanced), and where boundaries need to be set.

When you release something from your life, something else must take its place. This week, you are going to clear that space, and hold it for something better.

If your goal is to lose weight, then go through your kitchen and toss any and all unhealthy, junk foods.

If your goal is to be more creative, then eliminate an hour of TV-watching (or Facebook, etc…) and hold that space for creativity time.

Keywords: Make space, set boundaries.

Ritual: The act of de-cluttering, or even creating a schedule or budget, IS a ritual. It can be overwhelming, though, so take it easy.

Just do one small thing each day (ie: declutter 1 square foot of desk space, or block off 15 minutes to make art.)
