Meet the Claims Executive for Broker Support Group Western Cape, Yvette Clark.

This week, we would like to introduce the new drive behind BSG Western Cape's claims team 🚀✨
Yvette joined BSG on 24 July 2023 and has been helping build our business by contributing in various roles across the group. Being part of Stepp Atlas Gardens, the Broker Support Group, and the broader Third Age Group means she’s surrounded by an incredible network of expertise, support, and shared vision.
Grateful for the guidance and trust from leaders like MJ and Vernon, Yvette now embraces her role as Claims Executive, working closely with Christelle, BSG's valued brokers, and the insurers who’ve entrusted us with their mandates.
Her journey in short-term insurance began on 18 June 1986 as an underwriter—back when most work was handwritten! Nearly four decades later, she has grown through executive, consulting, and operational roles.
What keeps her motivated is a genuine passion for the industry. The opportunity to share knowledge, support others’ growth, and see learning turn into real success drives her every day. Nurturing people, delivering value, and thriving in an ever-evolving, regulated environment is more than a job—it’s her purpose. 💙
