Nkanyisi Burial Society was established in 2020 by local ladies with the hope of assisting the community bury their loved ones with pride and dignity. During the time of COVID 19 many people lost their loved ones, and that put a strain on the families. Many people could not bury their loved ones, other lost the bread winners, kids became orphans.
Nkanyisi created a cover that is not only cheap but also provides support to the family of the deceased, we as the society also give helping hand during that week of funeral preparations, to give relief to the family during this trying times.
For as little as R200 a month you can cover 8 family members including yourself, with a payout of up to R20 000 of a valid claim, in the unfortunate event where the main member passes on you have an option to choose plan be that is called "Partial Payment".
Partial payment basically means that the R20 000 will be divided into 2, the first R10 000 will be given cash to pay towards the funeral and the last R10 000 will be payed out over a period of 5 months, the family will receive R2 000 for 5 months to help with basic needs in the house.
