Willie is the owner of the practice and started it back in 2021, building it into what it is today. 👏🏻. He grew up in Bethlehem and brings that same grounded, hardworking energy into everything he does.

Outside of the practice, he enjoys playing padel and conditioning rugby teams 🏉—always keeping things active and competitive.

Lizen joined the practice at the end of 2024 and has been bringing her energy ever since! 🌿 Growing up on a farm near Colesberg, she’s no stranger to hard work and fresh air.

When she’s not at the practice, you’ll find her coaching netball, hitting the squash court, or chasing down her first 21.1 🏃‍♀️

Free State Champs

We would like to congratulate Damian Le Breton on his extraordinary accomplishments during the Free State swimming champs held from 4 - 8 December in Bloemfontein.

He obtained a total of:
🥇9 gold medals
🥈3 silver medals
🥉4 bronze medals

He is also the Free State Champs men's 12 yeara age group winner and was awarded the Free State Champs Junior Victor Ludorum winner 🏆

Damian Le Breton Gr 6E2 was chosen for the 4+1 Inter Provincial Free State team. He received 3 gold medals and 3 silver medals.
He swam the following events:50m Fly gold, 200m medley relay gold, lader relay gold, 100m Back silver, 50m Breast silver, 50m Back silver

Just a few benefits of exercise!

Exercise boosts your social life!

One of the biggest social benefits of exercise is just that – an improved social life!

The social benefits of exercise include a sense of community, boosted self-esteem, and increased empathy. In addition, better accountability, discipline, motivation, and goal-setting are all benefits you can expect when fitness becomes a part of your regular routine.

Physical fitness and exercise also help youth to develop important skills such as conflict resolution, cooperation with peers, and social skills such as leadership and fine-tuning motor skills. Healthy behaviors are a positive side effect of exercise while also increasing social skills necessary for development.

Congratulations to:
Junior Biokineticist Naude for taking on a challenging opportunity directly after studying and taking over a Biokinetics Practice in Bloemfontein.

Senior Biokineticist award went to Deane Dos Santos for her practice's involvement in the community and towards less priveledge people.

The Free State also gave an honorary award to Dr. Marlene Opperman for her dedication in teaching of students and many years of service at the UFS Department.
