• Nursing degree with Psychiatry (SANC registered) or MBChB (HPCSA registered)
• Valid Malpractice Insurance
• 4+ years’ leadership experience

Key responsibilities:

• Support HR with recruitment, training, and staff development
• Ensure legal, ethical, and regulatory compliance

Mondia Health is seeking a Supporter at the Mondia Woodlands Facility in Bloemfontein. You’ll be part of a team that blends clinical expertise with genuine human connection, helping patients feel safe, supported and understood.

If you’re empathetic, resilient, and committed to person‑centred care, we want to hear from you.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS/TRAINING
• Care Worker certificate
• Relevant clinical experience would be advantageous

KEY DUTIES
• Provide assistance, support and motivation to the patients during their therapeutic journey.
• Support the nursing staff to ensure that the patients receive optimal care in a safe environment.
• Be able to assist the professional staff by performing various care activities and related non-professional services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comfort of the patients.
• Have knowledge of the Patient Rights Charter.
• Basic knowledge of CPR.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Respect, patience and empathy.
• Effective communication skills both verbal and written. Must be able to write clinical notes on behaviour observed.
• Service commitment which maintains a person-centered mind set.

• Ability to work independently when necessary.
