This Stroke Week Nurture Health aims to shine the light on and spread awareness around strokes.

The most significant factor in being prepared to handle a stroke is recognizing the warning signs. A simple test can be conducted, which will allow FAST reaction and prompt care.

Remember the FAST test:

β€’ Face – Is one side drooping?
β€’ Arms – Can they raise both?
β€’ Speech – Is it slurred or strange?
β€’ Time – Call emergency services immediately.

By standing together and spreading awareness, we can support recovery and build better and stronger communities.
