RESILIENCE AND LETTING GO was the theme of the last and final Session of CityMed Day Hospital and Citymed Rehabilitation Hospital's Corporate Wellness month. All the sessions of the past 5 weeks culminated into this final exciting Session. A huge shoutout and thank you to Liza Linde, psychologist at the CityMed hospitals, who facilitated and presented all these workshops. What a journey this has been.

CityMed Day Hospital, with the help of various doctors and anesthetists from Bloemfontein, once again did their bit for MANDELA DAY by operating FOR FREE on 13 patients with various needs and disabilities. A huge thank you to the following doctors who assisted in this venture by also offering their services without any cost involved:
ANAESTHETISTS:
DRS Anthony Travers, George Visser, Bennie Bouwer, De Waal Smith, TE Fonternel and Suzette Olivier .

July is Corporate Wellness as well as Mental Illness month...and because the emotional health of our staff at CityMed Day Hospital and CityMed Rehabilitation Hospital is a very high priority, we are doing a 5 week long project focusing on crucial and very relevant topics. Most of the staff, including members of our Bounceback Multi-disciplinary team attended the first two Sessions this week. We focused on Stress Management...and had a lot of fun while learning crucial new coping skills. Liza Linde, psychologist at Citymed Rehabilitation Hospital facilitated the Sessions.
