Good day All. This has been a challenging year for all of us. And still here we are. We can only be grateful. Let us remember to adhere to all recommended regulations:

Hand washing with soap and water

Wearing face mask when in public spaces

Keeping social distance as recommended

Healthier diet - lots of fruits and fresh vegetables (Vit C & Zinc)

Free Vitamin D from the sun ( 30min)
