MOM SEBONI FORMER STUDENT, SISTER NELISIWE E. MALINGA OFFERS HEALTH EDUCATION TO YOUNG GIRLS & BOYS AT HER FORMER HIGH SCHOOL.

Inspired by Nelson Mandela’s legacy & his “long walk to freedom” - Family Health Services founder & CEO, Mrs Nelisiwe E. Malinga (Professional Nurse & Mid-wife) believes that Mandela’s spirit lives on when we remember and celebrate his life by living his values.

“His spirit will remain flourishing if we continue to uphold the values of courage, freedom, and justice. In this day and age, young girls and boys deserve a fair chance to access to information” - sister Malinga. Like many South Africans, sister Malinga dedicated her 67’ of service to her former high school – MOM Seboni High School on Friday, 21 July 2023 by offering an educational health talk to motivate & inspire young girls and boys. She addressed Grade 8 learners about unplanned teenage pregnancy and further inspired these young learners about the importance of goal setting and putting their education first.

Sister Malinga is grateful to her former teacher, Mrs Masha, who welcomed her with warm arms and quoted that the young learners really need such guidance. This wonderful act of service is one of many as sister Malinga plans to also include other high schools in and around Duduza.
