Job Title: Office Administrator (with Health & Safety & HR Knowledge)

About the Role:
R LE ROUX SHERQ Consultancy is seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator with a strong background in Health & Safety and Human Resources. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating office functions, and assisting in compliance with HR and Health & Safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
General office administration, filing, record keeping, and correspondence
Assisting with HR functions including staff records, leave management, and induction processes
Supporting Health & Safety compliance, maintaining registers, and assisting with documentation and reporting
Assisting with training coordination, meeting minutes, and compliance tracking
Liaising with management, staff, and clients as required
Requirements:
Previous experience in office administration
Working knowledge of HR practices and Health & Safety compliance
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Attention to detail and professionalism
Location: This position is based in Boksburg β candidates must be able to reliably commute or relocate before starting.
