A few gentle reminders about what SPF can’t do ☀️

• It doesn’t block 100% of UV rays 🌤️
• It’s just one part of your sun-protection routine (hats + sunnies help a lot!) 🧢🕶️

✨Maternity Leave Announcement✨

Dr Chelsea will be on maternity leave from 7 November 2025 to 2 February 2026 as she prepares to welcome her little one. We wish her every happiness during this special time.

During her leave:
• Medical services will be temporarily paused.
• Lynette Snyman Audiologists and Cara Malan (Fitness in Focus) will continue their services — please contact them directly for appointments.
• Reception will be open 17 November – 12 December (Mon–Fri, 08:00–16:00) for queries or retail needs.
• The practice will be closed 13 December 2025 – 31 January 2026.

We look forward to welcoming Dr Chelsea back on 2 February 2026, when full medical services will resume.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support. Wishing you a peaceful end to 2025 and a bright, healthy start to the new year. 🌿
