In the early morning i like to either open a positive book anywhere and read what is there and/or use one of my different packs of cards. I usually ask a question before which gives me something to think about for the day ahead. (You know how it goes) Well i thought i could share it with you as well and hopefully it might help you in some way too. (would love your feedback on this) I find it gives me something extra positive to think about. Will post something later. Its time for a change - have taken out some modalities and added in some 'old'/new ones. Colour your birth name and d.o.b. - one of the therapies im going to be offering. Ive had to take out all the 'massage type ones - my hand and wrist cant cope anymore. Also going to be doing different workshops as well. Starting the Mahatma Energy workshop on sat. - sooo looking forward to doing it. "In golden light of love and blessings"

After so long - im back at the Sanctuary at Hillbilly's Life Style Centre in Bothas Hill. Its soooo good to be back. Had my opening yesterday and shared it with some very special friends. Im going to concentrate on doing Chime Sound Therapy - one of the ancient forms of healing. They are amazing - from the DNA chime to the 12 chakra balancing and healing ones plus more. Will post a list of healing modalities soon.

Here's a question i would love you to comment on. We all know that everything relates to energy - sooo - my question is - when people think/talk about someone else for whatever reason - what is the energy that they are sending to that person? its not just the wording im talking about but the emphasis of emotion.
