The BIGGEST THANK YOU to all for the support over the last 20 odd years. We are/were totally vegetarian after adopting a super hyperactive 4 year old, then a highly allergy 18 month, then an unexpected pregnancy. Carried on the best of diets until they needed more than 20 pears a morning to fill them. So we bought a BILTONG business mainly to fill their tums with all the sports they did. This was meant to be a way to fill growing boys with raw healthy meat. It grew and grew and sadly now all boys leaving home, starting own lives and it has just got too big for me to cope with.

BUT A VERY BIG THANK YOU TO ALL THAT SUPPORTED A VEGETARIAN white english woman making good biltong.

Max 082 3894019 max@eco-green.co,za will be taking over from 1st of May and I firmly believe he will put you first as well.

I will pass any orders on to him. All that changes is the bank details. My recipe, my staff, my all

Biltong ownership changes from 1st May BUT the best BILTONG in the world still carries on just as before. All customers will still get weekly, bi weekly and monthly orders. Will post new details soon
