Let me talk about TB and why completing your treatment matters most.

Tuberculosis (TB) is a serious infection, but the good news is ,It is curable when treated correctly. The real danger begins when TB becomes resistant to the medicine. Here is a simple breakdown :

Normal TB
Treatable with a 6-month course of 4 main antibiotics (like isoniazid and rifampicin).
Most people get cured completly , if they take all their medicine the right way as prescribed and instructed by a doctor.

MDR-TB (Multidrug-Resistant TB)
This happens when TB germs learn to resist the 2 most powerful drugs: isoniazid and rifampicin.
Treatment takes longer (up to 2 years), needs stronger drugs, and is harder on the body.

XDR-TB (Extensively Drug-Resistant TB)
The toughest kind. It is MDR-TB that’s also resistant to e.g Fluoroquinolones
This form of TB is extremely difficult to treat and has a higher chance of complications.

N.B 👉🏽 At least one of the strongest newer drugs (like bedaquiline or linezolid) may work!

Bottom Line:
TB is curable. But if you:
* Take the wrong dose
* Stop treatment early
* Miss doses regularly..you will give the TB bacteria a chance to fight back and become harder to kill next time.

means that a person's friends are often a reflection of who that person is. In other words, you can learn a lot about someone's character, values, and even their habits by observing the people they choose to associate with.

The underlying idea is that people tend to gravitate towards others who share similar interests, values, and behaviors.

If someone surrounds themselves with honest, hardworking, and kind individuals, it suggests they likely possess those same qualities. Conversely, if their friends are dishonest, lazy, or irresponsible,drug addicts ,prostituted it might indicate that the person themselves shares those less desirable traits, or at least tolerates them.

It highlights the influence that our social circle has on us and the insight it provides into our own identity.

Look at this age and what she is doing , parents have an uphill task now to push and go over try to save their children , even our life expectancy has decreased , these ama2000 are dying daily

Depo-Provera can make your periods go on a “hide and seek” mission ,sometimes spotting, sometimes silence

But here’s the thing : using norethisterone (another progestin) to fix the irregular bleeding?

That’s not in the medical textbooks or official guidelines. Both are cousins in the same progesterone family ,so adding one to balance the other isn’t a proven or recommended solution.

Let’s not fight hormones with more hormones without proper guidance

Always talk to a doctor/healthcare provider before trying to outsmart your cycle.
