A Simple Truth for the Modern Life

You don't need to chase anyone else's finish line. This timeline isn't a race ,it's a blueprint for freedom.

It says it's okay to feel lost at the start, to struggle financially in your late twenties, and to admit you don't have all the answers in your early thirties. Every wobble is a redirection.

The pressure to achieve everything young is a myth. The truly good things ,the greatness you are working toward require the time and experience that only a long process can deliver.

You are exactly where you are supposed to be. Release the anxiety, trust the timing of your own unique life, and know that your most powerful chapter is still ahead. You are not behind; you are simply becoming unstoppable.

Proverbs 16:9
"In their hearts humans plan their course, but the Lord establishes their steps."

Ecclesiastes 3:1 & 11
"There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens... He has made everything beautiful in its time."

Your Loss is Not the End of the Story
Whatever has been taken, broken, or simply didn't work out is not the final chapter. It is only the former thing.

God's Provision is a True Replacement
God does not just patch up the old; He creates something new and better. His replacement is not merely a substitute; it's an upgrade, a transformation that moves you into a greater purpose and blessing.

The New Erases the Pain of the Old
The sheer joy, purpose, and fullness of the divine "replacement" will so fill your heart and mind that the memory of the loss will no longer have the power to cause pain or hold you back. The future's glory will truly outweigh the past's grief.

No matter how bad things or situations may look (like Naaman’s incurable disease), staying positive and obedient to what is good and right will lead to a complete cleansing and restoration.

No matter how tempting things may look (like the silver and gold), giving in to greed and dishonesty will only lead to loss and a curse. Always focus on the value of integrity over the cost of temptation.

Why Pregnant Mothers Must Avoid Ibuprofen, Diclofenac, and Other NSAIDs – Paracetamol Remains the Safest Choice

Please if you are pregnant,
DO NOT USE IBUPROFEN, DICLOFENAC, NAPROXEN, FELDENE, FELVIN or any other NON STEROIDAL ANTI-INFLAMMATORY DRUGS.

These painkillers are proven to cause heart problems in the unborn child, kidney problems in the unborn baby and these drugs also reduce the water in the mother’s womb which can cause face deformities, limb deformities, premature delivery and birth of a dead child.

Please if you are pregnant,
Or if you know anyone who is pregnant,
Please kindly AVOID THESE DRUGS !

Let it out!

Fart if you can, it's healthy!
The truth is every body has gas in their stomach and intestines, it's normal.

How does it get there?
It gets there when you swallow air as you eat, as you sleep and it also comes from the actions of our little friends, the friendly microbes that help break down our foods. That is the rent they have to pay for the free ride in your gut and colon. Now this air has to come out somehow. It may escape upwards by belching or burping or it may escape downwards through a fart! This means that we all fart, Kings and Queens fart,
Presidents fart(even in a Cabinet meeting!).

Some farts may be silent, others may be as loud as a small Atomic bomb. Some farts may be smelly, others not. The smelly ones have more Hydrogen Sulfide and Ammonia. Other ordourless gases we pass out are Nitrogen, Carbon dioxide, Hydrogen. On average, you fart close to 20 times in 24 hrs, especially if your diet is rich in beans, onions, fried foods or dairy products, especially if you are intolerant to them.

Don't fight nature, go ahead and fart!
