Some Clients say they don’t have pain.
And yet — after a few BSR sessions — they’re surprised by how much lighter, clearer and calmer they feel.

In 2016, my husband was diagnosed with Brachioradial Pruritus. This came after weeks of desperation where he almost scratched himself to bleed. The texture of his right forearm skin changed to that of old leather and it itched like he never has experienced before. Nothing brought relief. No ointments, no tablets, NOTHING.
The dermatologist advised him that there is no treatment that actually helps and that ice packs might bring a bit of relief, but he would advise us to go and try out different things in search of something that might relief the symptoms. The dermatologist also said that the only long-term solution is surgery to the cervical spine as the condition is caused by compression in the cervical spine and is worsen by prolonged exposure to sunlight. And just to warn us that this “outbursts” usually presents in cycles of 5 years at a time.
And off we went…...neck surgery for your arm that itches…….,a bit drastic we thought.
One of our friends’ daughters qualified as a BSR practitioner just a few months before this event, and actually – not knowing exactly what she does – we made an appointment. Anything is better than surgery we thought.
After the first session already there was a slight improvement but it was still itching like crazy. After the 3rd session all symptoms of itching subsided and slowly his skin returned to normal – not looking like old warn leather anymore! We actually could not believe it.
A year later he started again with the same symptoms and after just 2 sessions of BSR, the signs and symptoms subsided and to this day has not returned.
I was totally amazed that this soft and gentle technique could bring about this change and helped my husband after the specialist told us that there is nothing that will help. The more I learned about it, the more I wanted to know and after I experienced BSR myself, it got stuck in my mind that this was the thing I've been searching for, for a long time.
I went into nursing, because I wanted to help others. When I discovered Body Stress Release and the incredible way in which it helps the body to heal more effectively, I knew that studying it and becoming a Practitioner would be the next phase in my journey of helping others.
