PROPRIOCEPTION is one of your senses. It’s your body’s ability to sense it's own position and movements in space. Proprioception is a complex automatic process that you can also fine-tune. Many conditions and injuries can affect it, however, even individuals with no injury can have poor proprioception.

'Tis the season for Allergies, Hayfever and Sinusitis...

With Spring well underway, many of us may have already felt the effect it has had on flaring up our allergies, hay fever and sinusitis.

To bring the International Physiotherapy Back week to a close, yesterday we had the privilege of hosting 6 beautiful ladies for an exercise class.
In keeping with the theme of the week, advice and tips were shared as well as practical ways to improve balance, flexibility, posture, cardio and endurance in order to promote HEALTHY AGING.

New resolves were made by our guests that they would like to implement in their daily lives going forward.
