🌿Our story was formed across continents, spans 30 years of hands-on experience working in classrooms and therapy centres, and culminated in the meeting of kindred spirits in the small Overberg town of Bredasdorp, Western Cape.

Working across various educational and therapeutic contexts in Bredasdorp, each of our team members realised the need for a holistic, integrated approach to intervention, utilising the knowledge and skills of different professionals, in order to provide comprehensive support services to children and families in the area.

When Nicola and Elmarie's paths crossed through their work at the local primary school, the seed for the Overberg Nurture Hub was formally planted. They nurtured this seed into fruition, and the Hub was officially launched in February 2025, comprising 5 core members and multiple partners across various health professions' fields.

The Overberg Nurture Hub is excited to assist children and families in nurturing potential, holistically. 🌿
