I am writing to follow up regarding my refund, which I am still waiting to receive as previously discussed and confirmed in our communication.
I was informed that the refund would be processed within approximately two weeks. However, to date, I have not yet received the payment nor any update regarding the status thereof.
I would like to clarify that the delay in reselling or repairing the faulty machine is not my responsibility. The equipment supplied to me has experienced repeated technical failures β the first unit crashed, and the second-hand replacement presented similar problems. As a result, I have been unable to operate my business effectively and have experienced unnecessary stress and financial impact.
I respectfully request that my refund now be processed without further delay, independent of whether the machine has been repaired or sold to another buyer. It would be unfair for another client to experience the same difficulties I encountered.
Please provide confirmation of the refund payment date and proof of processing as soon as possible.
I trust this matter can be resolved promptly and professionally. WITHOUT ANY DEDUCTION AS THIS REFUND IS BECAUSE OF YOUR FAULTY MACHINES AND DISHONESTY!
I will hate to take legal action against you as you are not being honest nor professional
