Back on track with the weight losing thing! :-) Lost yet another kg and are down 13kg's over the last 7 weeks. I stood still while I had to wait for a chance to have my bracelet loaded for weight loss assist. (The previous one broke). Now we are on the move again. :-)))

10 Days ago my Quantum-Leap bracelet, which was charged to assist with weight loss, broke. I haven't done anything different, to what I did over the previous 5 weeks when I lost 12kg's, and yet I did not lose anything since the bracelet broke! I only managed to have it charged again, yesterday... so let's see what happens. I'll keep you posted :-)

I've had my bracelet charged to assist with weight loss and help prevent cravings. I gym quite hard and am watching my diet. Lost 8 kg's in the last 18 days! Watch this space :-))) Regards Johann

There seems to be three camps when it comes to the so-called “balance bracelets”. The ones who believe it works for them, those that belief it doesn’t work and is in fact a scam and those who couldn’t care less either way.
