Before we dive into this playful critique, let’s all remember that while these ‘wellness words’ may have become a bit overused, this article is a lighthearted exploration of how some terms have evolved in everyday language. No chakras were harmed in the making of this piece. Seriously not serious.

An article by Klaus Muller I confess, writing this diatribe proved more vexing than assembling 14+ age rated Lego during Mercury retrograde. Why, you ask? Because these words - these pesky, clingy syllables - haunt me like unpaid speeding fines.
