Thank you again to everyone who seized the opportunity to attend the Live Sadhana that started well before the crack of dawn this morning with the reciting of the Jabji Sahib. The affirmations of the subsequent yoga set are still resonating in my head as I write this. Blessings to the Dharma Sisters for the absolute highlight of the morning for taking everyone through the 62 minutes of chants that form the Aquarian Sadhana as taught by Yogi Bhajan. And to Sharon: a very Happy Birthday to you. Sat Nam.

Only a few more weeks to go before the White Ta***ic Yoga on 24 May 2014 in Cape Town. I personally find this an agonizing wait and truly look forward to this event again. Check out some pictures from the last White Ta***ic Yoga session in Cape Town (already 6 years ago) and Joburg (3 years ago).

White Ta***ic Yoga is one of the most powerful opportunity to get rid of your subconscious “garbage”; all these past experiences which let you prejudge the opportunities in the Here and Now and hinder you in going forward in ease, joy and bliss; these voices hidden in the back of your head which tell you permanently why this cannot work and that is too difficult, which let you feel unworthy and hook up with your negative mind and thus effectively boycotting any forward movement or further development.
