Curious about your waist-to-hip ratio? It's actually super easy to measure (and tells you loads about your health)!

Grab a tape measure and try it:
Measure your waist at your narrowest point (usually around your belly button). Then
measure your hips at their widest point.
Now simply divide your waist by hips - that's your ratio!

Women should aim for under 0.80. For men, under 0.95 is the sweet spot.

BMI doesn't tell your whole story—but your waist-to-height ratio does!

Let's get real: that number on the scale doesn't capture what really matters. Divide your waist (cm) by your height (cm). A ratio under 0.5 suggests lower health risks, regardless of what those kgs say!

Why? Because where you carry weight matters way more than how much you weigh. That middle bit tells us far more about heart health than a generic BMI number ever could!
