GUASHA ✨
Pronounced “gwa-sha”, it is one of the oldest forms of treatment around.

Guasha is most commonly used for the treatment of pain but may also be used for detoxification and cell nourishment as seen in our Cosmetic Acupuncture treatments.

Guasha is typically performed by rubbing a smooth-edged instrument such as Jade or Rose Quartz (pictured) across the surface of the body where the injury or imbalance is.

Although many people find immediate relief to their pain, Guasha may be also be used for prevention and not just treatment.
