This morning I had the privilege of addressing over 100 women at the . What a beautiful morning! I look forward to sharing a video soon 💫

Today, on this Women’s Day, I’m deeply reflective of the journey that’s led me to the Candice I am today. And that’s what I reminded women of this morning… that allowing all parts of ourselves to co-exist even the messy, tender, and long-unattended pieces , is what leads to our Magnum opus (the great work).

Yet to find the gold, to do the great work, we must first go through the Prima materia , the starting work, the raw, unfiltered, often uncomfortable parts. And whilst it may not be downhill, it is downward… and here is where we meet ourselves honestly.

Here’s to doing the real work, so our light isn’t just seen , it’s felt. ✨
