Together, we have created a beautiful combination of medicines including mantra, Conscious Breathwork, sound and vibration to support you in a transformative recalibration process.

We begin with sounding and toning, and activating our voices with some Aum chanting and mantras. This allows us to release blockages, clear the throat, and open up the heart to move into the breathwork with an activated & awakened prescence.

Angie will guide us through a powerful Neuro-dynamic breathwork process, supported by deeply grounding and tribal music, allowing you to release and let go, and shift your state of being. I had such an overwhelming wonderful response to this offering at Earthbox on Womens Day, I've decided to repeat the session for Everyone who'd like to feel the loving support of Cacao, and the activation of energy that movement adds to your Conscious Breathwork session. This is not limited to women only.
