Getting enough veggies doesn’t have to be a chore – try these fun and simple ideas to boost your intake and enjoy all the health benefits they bring! 🌱

1. Blend Them into Smoothies 🥤
Add a handful of spinach or kale to your morning smoothie. You won’t taste it, but you’ll get a nutrient boost! Try blending with fruits like banana or mango for natural sweetness. 🍌🥬

2. Sneak Veggies into Sauces 🍅

Low Sugar Banana Bread 🍌🍞

Don’t let that ripe bananas go to waist. Banana bread can usually be high in saturated fat and sugar but in this recipe I used olive oil to increase those healthy fats and I only used 4 tbsp of sugar with really ripe bananas 🥳
