This lovely patient came in concerned about
the appearance of her under eyes. While it
may seem like tear trough filler is the obvious
solution, that's not always the case.

By carefully restoring volume in her midface,
we lifted and supported the under eye area
giving her a refreshed, natural look without
placing any filler directly in the tear trough.

Let’s talk about filler migration, because it’s real, and yes, it can be avoided. 💋

Migration happens when filler moves into areas it shouldn’t be. That can be due to overfilling, poor technique, or using the wrong product in the wrong place.

But when done properly, filler should stay where it’s placed and subtly enhance your natural features, not distort them.
