Job Title: Telesales Representative
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads and sales through outbound telephone calls to existing and prospective customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. *Make outbound telephone calls* to existing and prospective customers to generate new business leads and sales.
2. *Build relationships* with customers and identify their needs to offer tailored solutions.
3. *Present products/services* in a clear and compelling manner to persuade customers to make a purchase.
4. *Handle objections* and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
5. *Meet and exceed sales targets* through effective sales techniques and strategic planning.
6. *Update customer records* and sales data in our CRM system.
7. *Collaborate with internal teams*, such as Marketing and Customer Service, to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
Requirements:
1. *1-2 years of telesales experience*, preferably in a B2B environment.
2. *Proven sales track record*, with a strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
3. *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills*, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
4. *Strong product knowledge*, with the ability to learn and adapt to new products and services.
5. *Resilience and adaptability*, with the ability to handle rejection and adapt to changing sales environments.
6. *Basic computer skills*, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
7. *High school diploma or equivalent* required; degree preferred.
Desired Skills:
1. *Previous experience with Sales CRM software
2. *Bilingual or multilingual skills*, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages.
4. *Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment*, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
