June is Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month.

Check on your husband. Your brother. Your dad. Your son.
The ones who were taught to “man up.”
The ones who carry silent battles because they think they have to be strong for everyone else.

Let’s remind them:
Strength isn’t staying quiet.
It’s speaking up.
It's okay not to be okay.
It’s asking for help.
It’s healing.

Men deserve safe spaces too.
They deserve support, love, and care just like anyone else.

As the year comes to a close ,we want to take a moment to express our sincere gratitude to all our clients and students for your unwavering trust and support throughout your journey with us.
It has been an honor to walk alongside you this year ,and together we made great strides.We give God all the Glory for everything He has done in and through us all.

We would also like to thank everyone who has been part of our journey - your courage ,resilience and commitment inspired us.

Please not ,our practise will be closed from 20 December 2024 to 13 January 2025.
Inner healing Counseling college classes will start 6 February for 1st year and 8 February for 2nd year .
Registration is now open for new students.

Thank you once again for choosing us to be part of your journey. We look forward to continuing our work together in the coming year .
