I'm humbled to be guiding the McGregor Wisdom School's Easter Pilgrimage this year 🖤 We are in for 24hrs of water blessings to open the Easter pilgrimage 🌧️ 🙏🏽Our raincoats and gumboots are ready for a 3am fire ceremony on the mountain with the village band & choir🔥🎺🥁 I’ve got pickled fish and hot cross buns. The presence of the Black Madonna is strong🖤🙇🏿‍♀️

Visiting my other home for a few days to fill my heart cup. Been soaking in the holy ocean water, feasting with my sisters, loving my family and resting. Preparing my body soul for the Flow program, ’s next unfolding and a pilgrimage. I’m so very grateful for my life, health and different families in all realms who hold me in my calling.

FLOW 2026 🌊
An introduction to ancestral practice through dreamwork, ritual and family systems constellations. Steeped in a framework of indigenous knowledge from my own lineage, the plants of our landscape, working with creative, ancient and contemporary ancestral healing practices, this 6 month program flows from Saturday 25 April - Saturday 26 September 2026. This is an embodied, experiential journey of practice. Over the course of our time together, we will expand our sensory awareness, heal repetitive ancestral patterns, learn the language of our respective lineages and develop rituals that honour each person’s unique ancestral body.

Ps. I have managed to secure some affordable and/or sponsored accommodations for the Flow program which starts on Saturday 25 April in Mcgregor. This visit was just what we all needed this week. This group of plant verskrik sisters drove out especially to see us! 💞 We put them to work on baskets and had such a wonderful time. Thank you , Natasha & Zama for an uplifting day. The giggles and varied interpretations of baskets was delightful. Come again! 😘
