🏄🏽‍♀️stay active: move daily to ease hot flashes + mood swings.
🥦eat well: focus on whole foods, avoid caffeine, alcohol + spicy foods.
🧘🏽‍♀️ manage stress: practice deep breathing, meditation or mindfulness.
💦stay hydrated: drink plenty of fluids to ease hot flashes + vaginal dryness.
😴prioritise sleep: create a relaxing bedtime routine for better sleep (don’t forget women need more sleep than men to support our hormones)
