Feeling tightness in your hips or lower back? This new 60-minute yoga flow is all about letting go — releasing tension, increasing flexibility, and opening your body through slow, mindful movement.

We’ll move through a series of grounding poses that gently target your hips, glutes, hamstrings, and lower back to help you create more freedom and ease in your body. Over time, you’ll notice less stiffness, more mobility, and a greater sense of calm. ✨

This practice is also a beautiful way to slow down, regulate your breath, and reconnect to your center. Feel free to use props like blocks or a blanket for support — and just allow yourself to soften, release, and restore. 💚

There is a moment, high on the mountain,
where the world hushes…
and something deep within me answers.

Not with words.
But with the soft exhale of a body remembering rest.

The quiet ache of a heart that longs to come home.

The sacred stillness that waits beneath all the noise.

I sat here—wrapped in the crisp breath of winter, the earth damp from rain, the ocean whispering far below.

And in the stillness, I remembered…

Not the deadlines or the to-do list.

Not the striving or the stories I carry.

But something older...
Wiser…
Wider than thought...

I remembered myself as presence... As breath.
As the spirit beneath the surface of it all.
