Rather than contorting your neck like Garth the Giraffe to drink that drink protect your neck and watch your posture.
TIPS:
~ after a long day at work or studying, place that warm beanbag(happy hugger) over your achy shoulders.
~ demand a massage from someone in your household
~don’t forget to also massage the muscles that are in the front of your neck (they also work really hard)

FUN FACT: The koala has opposable thumbs just like us and other primates.

~ We have a whopping 27 bones in each hand.

~ Our opposable thumbs set our hands apart from many other animals.

~ This mean that we can place the top of our thumb on the top of any other finger on the same hand.

TIPS:
1. Make sure your secret in eye level
2. Roll your shoulders back
3. Keep your feet on the floor
4. Give your lower back extra support with a cushion if needed
