LIFTING HEAVY…… here are a few things you need to know before you start

Progressive overload and lifting heavy is all you see online at the momen and it IS important.

Bit what they don’t tell you:
1. Your heavy is all relative to what’s heavy for you!

2. Each set might vary in reps, and that’s ok. Aim for 8-10 reps per set-BUT if it’s easy and you can get to 15 reps - do so and then go heavier the next round
