I’m sure we’ve all been there at some point in our lives - stressed/overwhelmed/ overworked .
Some may be carrying a burden or loss, battling with anxiety/ depression/ addiction, and having to put on a brave face at the same time.
The hardest part is acknowledging it and asking for help… but once you have, you’re half way there…

Women’s Health checks are essential for overall well-being and early detection of potential health issues:
🌸General - Blood pressure, Cholesterol, Glucose tests etc.
🌸Pap smear (&HPV test) - recommended every 3-5 years for women ages 25-65.
🌸Breast exams and Mammograms - every 1-2 years for women from 40 or earlier if there is a family history of breast cancer.
🌸Bone health - DEXA scan from 65 to detect osteoporosis, with a focus on maintaining calcium and vitamin D levels.
🌸Mental health - screening for anxiety & depression.
🌸Menopause & post-menopause - discuss symptoms and management options including HRT.
