Research has shown that the ability to become aware of, and regulate the breath is the key to lowering stress and anchoring into the present moment. The practice of yoga does this and sooo much more and brings so much joy into my life, regardless of how challenging it may be at times. And what an immense blessing to be able to teach yoga at St Peters Church to my amazing Mama and the lovely Wednesday evening ladies 🧘‍♀️
