Meet Joe, our new locum physiotherapist.

He is a dedicated physiotherapist with a passion for musculoskeletal sports injuries, pain management and post-surgical rehabilitation. After his Undergraduate degree, Joe furthered his studies and completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Interdisciplinary Pain Management at UCT in 2020 with distinction, and this reinforced his holistic approach to his treatment.

He strives to provide compassionate care and ensures his patient's needs are central to their recovery and pain management.

When Joe isn’t at work, you can find him running on Table Mountain or playing tennis with friends. He also loves surfing and can be found chasing waves when conditions are right.

Book with him at the Gardens practice from this coming week.

It is time to take a BREAK 🏖🥂🥳

I hope you all get time off work, have precious time with family and friends, and do everything you love and enjoy. Have a few lazy days, read, paint, play board games, indulge in that soft serve or braaibroodjie, share stories and memories with your loved ones, and give your nervous system the rest it needs!

I can not end this post without giving thanks to my Heavenly Father for a healthy and successful year. He keeps me strong and able to fulfill my passion, to work with you lovely people daily. Thank you, Lord!

I'm now officially on leave and will be back at the practice on the 8th of January.
