Far too often we live our lives in autopilot.
Disconnected from our own needs, our own voice, and our own hearts.
We end up living a life that looks great on the outside but hurts on the inside.

Committing to live life from the inside out
is committing to a sacred journey of self-discovery and renewal.

It means that instead of only reacting to the environment around me like a puppet, I intentionally start impacting it in a way that grounds me and keeps me safe.

We make this journey tangible by helping you connect deeply with your body, your breath and your mind.

Whether on
the counselling couch,
the yoga mat or in
the reiki room,
together, we honour the unique rhythm of your path, recognising that the process involves both self-reflection and external support.

Living with intention means allowing each step to be a sacred moment, an opportunity to find your way back to yourself.

Through this you are fostering a deep awareness of your thoughts, emotions, and choices, and aligning them with your authentic values and aspirations.

Hey! And welcome to the LIO space!

My name is Ilana, and I am honoured that you’re taking the time to scroll through here.

🌸At an early age, I found myself going through the motions and doing all the right things without truly being a part of my own life. I could feel how patterns, blueprints and societal expectations navigated my every step. Steps that left me disconnected, unhappy, and, to be honest, a little dead inside.

In search of my own healing and freedom, the journey led me to become a counsellor, certified in nutrition for mental health, a Reiki master and a devoted yoga teacher. ✨

I learned early on that the only way to an intentional life is to live from the inside out.

Who am I? I am the one who refuses to live a life that is not mine.

A life that feels like exhaustion without purpose,
running without direction,
doing without being human
and a life filled with fear-driven patterns without intention.
I refuse to survive this life without living it.
