This was a very beautiful collaboration with artist Shelley Kibel at the Spin Street Gallery in Cape Town on 21st March. The exhibition took place from 5-28th March.

There was an exciting line-up of wellness practitioners, artists and writers including
(mixed media art) .artery.studio (art process) (writer) Bridget Rennie-Salonen & Cobus du Toit (flautists) Katheryn Boraine (QiGong) Shavani Ranshod (meditation and breathwork) not to mention our gracious hostess

I facilitated a healing sound journey focusing on the three primary centres; head, heart and base chakras using Tibetan Bowls, Bells, Chimes, Crystal Bowl. rainstick, voice and the Solfeggio Tuning Forks.

The relaxed happy faces afterwards told their own story, and I am immensely grateful to Shelley for inviting me to join this collaboration, her generosity and hours of work to put this exhibition together. Some wonderful connections were made, and I felt blessed to be part of this expansive initiative.🌷

This is more than just a course in learning how to play instruments and practise Sound Healing.
This is a deep dive inwards to explore the self, to cultivate Trust, to practise presence, to connect with your voice, your intuition and your energy field.

Together we explore 1-on-1 personalized Sound Healing treatments as well as group Sound Journeys.

There is focus on the Art of Holding Space, and how to facilitate with awareness, mindfulness, and compassion.

Learn from 4 expert and experienced practitioners.

This is a comprehensive training made up of 4 modules over 4 weekends over 4 months. This allows time for integration of the knowledge and support through Zoom calls, practical assignments and a WhatsApp group.

When we liberate our voices we also start to release past trauma and negative programming.

I will show you how you can use your voice & the language of the heart to express what you are feeling within a safe container.

Our Annual Yoga Teachers Retreat was at Fynbos Estate in Malmesbury, organized by our very own Nina Saacs of Yoga Awakening Africa. There were offerings by many of the teachers including candle making, journaling, Classical Indian dance, yoga, meditation, sound & voice and TRE.

As always the company was lively and sparkling, and the food scrumptuous. Thank you my sister's for a fabulous and heart warming time away.
