I really have the best job! Despite being at work at all hours of the day, I get to witness the most amazing moments that often go unseen. Parents seeing their baby for the first time, partners supporting each other, new life 🩶 It is so beautiful! I can’t ever get enough of it! And it will never be just another birth. Today there were 4 beautiful babies born to 4 amazing couples and into 4 loving families 🖤🩶🩶🖤

Finding the joy 🩶

2025 has been challenging, but having my work as a constant has been grounding. Daily routine, witnessing incredible births and being a part of so many of your lives - is what has kept me centered.

I AM BACK 📢

I will back in the office from 2 December 🙌🏼

Firstly, I just want to say thank you to each and every one of you that wished me good luck for this race, sent me a message, donated money or followed my journey on . I was completely overwhelmed and amazed by the support that I got 🙏🏼 The word “patient” does not do any of you justice and I consider you all a part of my journey 🫶🏻 If you want to see more about what it was like, have a look on

I could never have done this kind of a race without my tribe - so thank you to my family and friends for supporting me such a huge undertaking. I was lucky enough to form a new tribe of amazing people in the desert, some of whom will no doubt become lifelong friends! I have gained a new perspective, which is always the goal with these trips and I am excited to get back to doing what I love most 🤍

Dyspareunia is the medical term for painful in*******se. The pain can occur during, before, or after sexual activity and might be felt in the ge***al or pelvic area.

Types of dyspareunia and causes

🪷 Superficial Dyspareunia
Pain occurs at the vaginal opening or introitus, often during initial pe*******on. This can be due to various infections, poor lubrication, or skin conditions.

🪷 Deep Dyspareunia
Pain is felt deep inside the pelvis during in*******se. This can be due to endometriosis, pelvic inflammatory disease or ovarian cysts.

🪷 Primary Dyspareunia
The pain has been present since first sexually activity. It can be related to conge***al conditions or psychological factors.

🪷 Secondary Dyspareunia
This occurs after a period of pain-free sexual activity. It might develop due to new physical conditions, surgeries, or post-delivery.

🪷 Situational Dyspareunia
Pain occurs only in specific situations, with certain partner, in a specific position or during particular sexual activities.

Whatever the type or cause, consult with a gynaecologist or women’s health practitioner to assess and treat appropriately. You shouldn’t need to experience this 🙏🏼
