This notice is to inform the community that after our 14 days of voluntary isolation we will be reopening our doors on Friday 17th April 2020 to provide medical care and assistance to the community during this trying time.
We have undergone full testing and are glad to announce that our doctors and staff members are healthy and doing well.
We will be running a preventative program at our practice to ensure that the safety and security of our patients and staff are maintained. From the reopening date and for the duration of the lockdown we request all patients suffering from the following cluster/group of symptoms:
*Coughing*
*Fever*
*Muscle* *pain*
*Sore* *throat*
*Difficulty* *breathing*
*Runny* *or* *blocked* *nose*
to please call our doctors on 021 7064050.
*N.B* . If you are unable to call us please come to the practice and you will be seen *separately* through a *protective* *barrier* . *Please rest* *assured you will be* *helped* .
Also any patient requesting *Covid 19* *testing* to please contact the doctor on the above number before presenting to the practice and arrangements will be made for your testing.
In keeping with the national social distancing initiative, we will be controlling the flow at our practice by allowing *4-5* *patients* in the practice only at any given time. Children, the elderly and the seriously ill will be given preference.
Our doctors will be wearing full *PPE(* personal protective equipment) and *extensive sterilisation* practices will be undertaken at the practice to ensure the protection of our patients.
*ALL* patients to kindly please arrive at the practice with a *form* *of* *nose* *and* *mouth* *covering* and to please abide by our safety measures strictly.

*Saturday and Sunday*
*9h00-12pm*
